Join us as we remember some of our favorite Rob moments through 2010. The Twelve Days of Robmas
On the first day of Robmas, our ROBsession gave us to see...
Reese gushed to Popsugar about working with Robert Pattinson on "Water For Elephants" and how the first preview will debut ahead of How Do You Know in theaters on Friday Dec 17th :-D

This is an old story doing the rounds again. Rob told the BBC back in 2009 that Eminem was his hero and he also told Oprah about how when he was 14 he wanted to rap.
Now he's telling "Top of The Pops" magazine that there are tapes of him rapping (take it with a pinch of salt) But if they do exsist I for would would love to see Rob channelling his inner Eminem!
The Rob and Eminem show would be a sell-out for sure.
Any Twi-hard knows that Robert Pattinson had dreams as a kid of being a rapper. But it seems that he still records himself freestyling!(Kate: Really? :-))
“You want a secret? OK, how about this – I’ve got a whole collection of tapes of me rapping from when I was 13,” he said. “I wanted to be a rapper so there are hundreds and hundreds of tapes. They’re very amusing,” he told Top Of The Pops magazine… (Kate: Oooh how I'd love to hear these)
“Most of my rhymes were stolen off other people anyway. They were all like, ‘I was raised on these streets’, which was a complete farce because I was actually raised in quite a nice area of London called Barnes. Not very ghetto at all,” he added.
“I was obsessed with it all, though. I even had my own little crew – we called ourselves Big Tub and the Tappy Cats.” (Kate: Emmmmm...riiiiiight)
He adds that even though he’d be scared to perform live on stage, he’d love to duet with his idol Eminem.
We told you about the Richard Attenborough Awards last month and it looks like you all did a great job voting for Robert Pattinson because he won!
There were 14 categories in the Richard Attenborough Film Awards, or Rafas. Seven were chosen by regional film critics and seven were decided by the public.
In the people's choice categories the public named "The Twilight Saga: Eclipse's" character, Edward Cullen, played by Robert Pattinson, as top film character. (Kate: Surprise, surprise)
Robert Pattinson was out and about at the "Battleship" wrap party last night. And I bet angels did sing for a lot of people ;-)
And yes the director of "Battleship" is none other than Peter Berg who you may remember from this video that Robert Pattinson was in a couple of months ago. For more info on rob and Peter Berg check out Tink's Robsession 101 ;-)
During the Twilight Convention today, some of the cast: Peter, Charlie, Dan and Booboo spoke about Rob.
Peter:
-During filming of Twilight he said that Rob said to him once that he didn't understand why they don't just eat people.
-It was really him (Peter) that Rob/Edward threw to the ground during that scene (not doubles) & viceversa
Charlie and Dan:
-Fav twi character besides themselves: Charlie's fav is Edward. (Kate:Good taste) Dan's is the wolves.
Charlie just called Rob Pussy whipped Pattinson. [he was asked who his favorite character is and he said it used to be Jacob but now Its Edward cause he feels like Edward needs a little fire up his ass cause Jacob taking over..then he said "ya I like Edward..but not when he's like...idk...if he's like pussy whipped pattinson then no" or something like that and everyone died laughing and was like OOOOOO and he just smirked and shrugged..it was really funny]
Booboo:
-What was it like working with RPatttz: Booboo says he is really funny (Kate: Don't we know it!)
-Someone asked if Booboo has listened to RPattz on the Eclipse DVD commentary LOL (Kate:Let's hope Boo Boo has a good sense of humour!)
Speaking of playing vampires, "Twilight" director Catherine Hardwicke says you were one of the final four actors to be considered for the role of Edward Cullen. We all know that Robert Pattinson ended up getting the role, but what were your "Twilight" auditions like?
There were quite a few auditions. I was the first person they kind of approached about it. It was all right. I very quickly read the first ["Twilight"] book. I really enjoyed it. I think Kristen Stewart is great. I think she’s a really good actress. And I really like Catherine Hardwicke.
But then there were two things: First off, they didn’t want to mix "Narnia" and "Twilight." I think it’s dangerous to mix characters from franchises while you’re doing one. So she definitely didn’t want Prince Caspian being Edward Cullen. It doesn’t make sense. And secondly, I’d still be shooting at age 30, playing 17, and nobody wants to see that. That would be kind of sad.
And course you wouldn’t want the kind of craziness with fans and paparazzi that Robert Pattinson has to deal with in his life.
The money from donations will be used towards purchases for the blog. Not a single dime will go into our pockets :) Help us bring you better content/pictures by donating. Every little bit helps!
