How to Wear Facial Hair - Robert Pattinson Style

In light of the recent pictures of Rob McGrizzlyson on his road trip we're likely going to see a huge spike in facial hair attempts.

This post is for the men in your lives, husbands, boyfriends, secret or not so secret crushes... so do them a favour, send them this link, help them out in their endeavor to be just like Rob!

OK Gentlemen.... let's start with exhibit A.



Believe me when I tell you that every female on the planet, with a pulse, did not even notice there were two other people in this picture. Robert Pattinson and his grizzly beard are the only beings in the picture - this is how you wear facial hair.

Sure it helps if this is underneath the fuzz, but no worries....



There are many stages of fuzz that are acceptable.

Stage One - A Light Sprinkling:

"On 'Water For Elephants,' every day there would be, like, 50 people [staked out]," he recalled. "We shot in Tennessee for about a week and there would be people camped out in the hallways of our hotel. All day, all night long, it didn't matter. People were there to try to catch a glimpse. I'm proud of the movie, I'm actually sitting in the cutting room right now."

Even though filming wrapped at the beginning of August, Francis said he's not even close to being done with the editing process. "This is only my fourth week of cutting," he said. "Then I just took a quick two-week vacation, and now I'm cutting. So I'm probably cutting all the way up to Christmas. I think it's gonna be [a spring release], but it has not been confirmed yet."

Speaking with Advocate.com about her first try on Broadway, Ricci brought up some fun tidbits about Rob and Bel Ami

Was Broadway always part of your plan?

No, I had terrible stage fright, so people eventually stopped bringing it up. But when I was coming back from making Bel Ami with Robert Pattinson, my agent, who also represents Laura Linney, asked me if I wanted to read for Time Stands Still, and I completely forgot I had stage fright. Literally, walking home from the audition, I was like, Oh, shit, I just remembered I hate acting in front of people. So now I’m sort of ignoring it.

I love how casually you just namedropped R-Patz. Are you a Twilight fan?

OK, first of all, publicists train you to say your credits along with your costars. You can’t be shy about self-promotion; it’s like Kathy Griffin or something. [Laughs] I’m a very lazy pop culture fan—if it involves leaving my living room, I’m pretty clueless—so I’ve never seen a single Twilight movie, and I guess I missed it when it was on Starz. But Rob’s a lovely individual.

Do you two share a love scene in Bel Ami?

We do. But he’s like your best friend’s little brother, so we would just laugh and make fun of each other the entire time. He thought it was outrageous how comfortable I was being naked. I was like, “That’s because I’m 20 years older than you.” Seriously, I’ve never felt so old in my entire life.
