HaHa I know this is like Oh yea right, but I am so afraid of the same two things! I hate the dark, and would crap all over myself if I was alone in it... and I'm 24, I have to sleep with the tv on... And I am afriad to die, like whats it like, and whats going to happen to me. Drs are ok, I just hate going, I do go because I'm afraid something bad will be wrong and that ties in with the whold dying thing. haha. Yea. its weird.

I hope Rob never gets his teeth fixed, I like them the way they are. Different, quirky, interesting...just perfect when he smiles!

@ heav85: As years go by you may learn to cope with the fear of darkness better, sometime you may even almost forget about it but it won't go away. And there will always be moments when it literally jumps you - sometimes even when you are not alone. I know what I am talking about.

Instead of leaving the tv on you may try one of those little sleeping-lights, designed for the kind of children we once were (the orange lights are better than the green ones). Those lights don't affect your sleep and dreams, the flickering light and the sound of the telly do. And you may also prefer not to pull down the shades completely so your bedroom won't be pitchblack dark.

His voice sounds so (velvety) deep and he always seems so vulnerable. Love his comments about not understanding his emotions and his nervousness around doctors/dentists. Can so relate.

P.S. Now, there's a song for Rob:
Don't be afraid of the dark by Robert Cray.
