*New* "Remember Me" Clip "At The Funfair"

You Tube Version

There are only 18 days left until Robert Pattinson's newest flick, "Remember Me," hits theaters (and for those of you keeping track at home, that's also 18 days until the very first "Eclipse" trailer premieres), so in order to keep your RPattz buzz going, MTV News has gotten access to an exclusive clip.

In the scene — which seems to take place either just before or right after Emilie de Ravin and Rob argue over dessert at an Indian restaurant (they're wearing the same clothes) — the "Twilight" star tries to woo his lady love the good old-fashioned way: by winning a carnival game

There's a catch however: Robert's Tyler isn't very good at winning carnival games. Or, at least ones that involve shooting hoops. After several attempts to prove to Emilie's Ally that he can win her the giant panda she has her heart so set on (funny — we would've thought she preferred polar bears), he finally finds a way to beat the system.

"I won!" he exclaims with a big smile as they walk away from the booth. The thing is, though, he didn't quite secure the prize in a, uh, legit way. To find out how he really ended up winning Ally her panda

Robert Pattinson: I haven’t got a girlfriend - Fake Interview

At least that is what mirror.co.uk claims he said in their "EXCLUSIVE" interview. Some quotes are old, some are new and do sound like him. Make up your own mind about the credibility of it :) (Update: Here is GossipCop's take on it and they also call FAKE :))

From mirror.co.uk:

If you’re over 18, then the name Robert Pattinson may not mean much to you.(Gozde: I want to cry, I really do) But mention it to your teenage daughter and you’ll be deafened by her squeals of excitement.

British hunk Robert, 23, is the handsome young star of Twilight, the teen fantasy saga giving Harry Potter a run for its money.

Based on the hugely popular fantasy novels by Stephanie Meyer, the first Twilight movie last year enjoyed one of the biggest opening weekends in box office history.

Robert stars as Edward Cullen, a 108-year-old “vegetarian” vampire who falls in love with beautiful teenager Bella Swan, played by 19-year-old Kristen Stewart.

And this weekend, despite being at pains to deny a romantic relationship in the past, Robert and Kristen were caught snuggling up together at a Kings of Leon concert in Vancouver where they’re filming the hotly-awaited movie sequel The Twilight Saga: New Moon.(Gozde: So this exclusive interview is from last year then? 'Cause they are filming Eclipse, not New Moon. *eye roll*)

But was it really a case of afterlife imitating art? Apparently not. In an exclusive interview with the vampire just days before the pictures were taken, heart-throb Robert insists he’s still single and adds: “I don’t have a girlfriend. I don’t know why.

“You always think you’re going to get more girls after you’ve made a movie and it never happens.

“You sit there and you’re like ‘I’m a big movie star and I want to go out with some models’ but I don’t know why that doesn’t happen.

“It’s especially different in LA. Most of the women there are actresses and by default that makes them a little bit nuts – not that that’s a bad thing. But I don’t really have a type.

“Whenever I get asked who my favourite celebrity crush is, I have no idea.” This is good news indeed for the Twi-hards – the name given to the legion of besotted female fans who follow Robert’s every move.

When the first film was released in America last autumn, it caused riots, described as Beatlemania with fangs, wherever he went. Police had to be called in LA and San Francisco to calm the mayhem. And at the British premiere in December 2008, hundreds of screaming teenage girls turned out at 4am to get a place at the front of the red-carpet crowd.

The hysteria shows no sign of abating. Earlier this summer, Robert needed a police escort in New York when he was mobbed leaving his trailer to shoot a scene for the new film. His effect on women is just one reason the young actor can command £10million per movie and Screen International magazine have labelled him as the British star of tomorrow. Robert, who has also been dubbed the next Jude Law, admits he’s a little nervous of all the attention, from fans of all ages.

He says: “Most of the girls are all pretty young so it’s just kind of funny. But then you get the Twilight Mums who love you like mums! And you can take that too far. I mean, it could be ‘Edward breaks up Twilight family.’”

He’s happy to sign autographs but sometimes has to put his foot down, especially when fans ask him to bite their necks. He laughs: “I have to tell them: ‘Look, I can’t I’m afraid, because it will hurt.’

“I’ve been uncomfortable in crowds my whole life. I’ve always felt that everyone is looking at me.

“I could be in a supermarket and have a full-on panic attack when there’s no one else there.

“And this was even like five years ago, when nobody knew who I was.”

With his smouldering eyes and chiselled looks, it’s not hard to see why the former child model has become Hollywood’s latest heart-throb. He was brought up in Barnes, South-West London, by “arty” parents Claire, a model agency booker, and Richard, a second-hand car dealer.

Robert attended the local Tower House school in East Sheen before moving to Harrodian school as a teenager. It was there that he began to show real promise as an actor. He became a member of Barnes Theatre Club, thanks to some persuasion from his parents.

He says: “I thought drama was stupid but I think my dad had some kind of weird foresight.

“He’d seen this bunch of pretty girls and talked to them and they said they went to this drama club.

“That’s when he said to me: ‘You should go’ and I said: ‘I can meet those girls anyway,’ but he insisted. He was going to pay for me to go and he thought it would be good for me. I think both my parents had a calling towards entertainment but they both ended up doing something else.”

Their persistence has paid off. At just 18, Robert won the role of Cedric Diggory, dashing head boy of Hogwarts in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, killed in a battle with He Who Shall Not Be Named. “I was going to do the conventional thing and go to university to study International Relations,” says Robert.

“I wanted to be a politician but Harry Potter made that decision for me.” Despite plaudits from Harry Potter director Mike Newell that Robert was “born to play the role” of Cedric, not everyone was a fan.

When he landed the part of vampire Edward, irate fans of the Twilight books set up an online petition which collected 75,000 signatures. They complained that, among other things, he was not American and – astonishingly – that he was too ugly.

Robert shrugs: “I always looked like a girl up until a few years ago and because I never did any sports or anything I was always kind of gangly. I was never really a good model.

“I was terrible at it. I wasn’t skinny enough to be a little waif and I didn’t want to work out to be a beefy guy so I was always stuck between two things and so I never got any jobs.”

A talented musician, Robert plays the guitar and the piano. He even wrote two songs which appear on the Twilight soundtrack.

“I always say that if acting is my first love, music would’ve been my Plan B for becoming famous,” he says. “That may sound a bit pretentious, but it’s true. Music occupies a very important place in my life. I couldn’t live without music.”

Thankfully, for fans, his music, modelling or political careers didn’t take off. But has the fame and the money changed him at all?

“My life is pretty much identical to before,” he says. “I don’t really do that much. All I do is read books and watch movies, I’m pretty boring.”

There are millions of teenage girls who disagree.

Is Robert Pattinson Dating Kellan Lutz?

Dedicated to the "detectives" that investigate Rob-Kristen clothing and conclude they are dating :)

Thanks to Donna for the pictures and the detective work :)

Also Perez Hilton claims Kristen Stewart is getting hate mail from crazies that are accusing her of breaking Rob's heart. I love Kristen Stewart, she can date/do whoever she wants, it's none of our business. She is an actress (and a damn good one) but first and foremost she is a 19 year old girl. Stop believing gossip rags and enjoy being a Rob fan :)

New Moon Trailer Before "The Proposal"

The hdroom.com confirms the rumor that the New Moon trailer will premiere before in theaters before the Ryan Reynolds-Sandra Bullock flick "The Proposal".

Earlier this evening I attended a press screening for the new romantic comedy The Proposal starring Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds. It is a moderately amusing film wrapped in a formulaic "chick flick" pita but that's not the reason for this post.
The first trailer that ran in front of The Proposal was none other than Summit Entertaiment's The Twilight Saga: New Moon.
The audience let out a low roar when the Summit logo came up and then you could hear a pin drop with Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson on screen. Then when Taylor Lautner appeared sans shirt... well, let's just say there are a lot of fan girls out there. The screaming continued right through the wolf transformation so I tried to focus my hearing on the guy behind me yelling "booo!" to deflect the annoying shrieks.
When The Proposal's final box office numbers for this weekend come in keep Twilight in mind. I wouldn't be surprised if a few million dollars aren't solely the result of Twilighters forking out $10 to see their beloved New Moon trailer on the big screen.
I'll give it this much: the wolf sounds a lot more menacing with the added wattage behind him. Too bad his "not quite there yet" rendering shortcomings are accentuated when blown up on the big screen.

New Video of Robert Pattinson From NYC 06/15/2009

Grazia Magazine Scans and Translation

Translation by [info]freezing_82 in [info]lion_lamb {Via Twilight Poison}:

The article starts with a comparison betweek Hollywood already famous 'big' sex-symbols (Johnny depp, Brad Pitt...). Big, because they're both over their forties, and Rob's perfect to take their inheritance and being Hollywoood's new sex-symbol.

The very first question is his take on success and fame. He answers that he's living a dream. "I've been acting since I wan 15 in Shakespeare theatres, so it's a lot of experience even if I'm only 23. Success came all of a sudden and I still have to get used to it. It's insane!"

Then he says that he saw a couple of girls crying at a Blockbuster event for the Twilight DVD launch.
"I was there, trying to understand what triggered that reaction. They were on the verge of tears because they were going to receive their DVD copy. Those girls were crying for a DVD!" And he goes on saying that he remained silent trying not to get noticed.
As for the New Moon shooting, Rob states that shooting was going pretty well also because NM has a more oniric and fantastic atmosphere. "Most of my character's scenes are purely a product of Bella's imagination: there are memories but also nightmares all mixed up together. She's really scared because she thinks she's going insane. I got to shoot some pretty impressive stuff. I think this movie is going to be scarier that the first one."

Speaking of fear, he's asked about the Oscars night. And about VIP's opinions on Twilight.
"it was incredible. I think about last year when I looked at this kind of events like I'll never be a part of any of them. And now..I keep on thinking that something really bad is going to happen to me. It's bound to happen because I already exploited all myluck, so probably I'm gonna die in a few days or something."

"Robin Wright Penn told me that she and her kids loved Twilight very much. She came to me and it was really weird because it was just after her husband won the award for best actor. Surreal, indeed."

Have you and your other cast members ever compete on 'who met the most exuberant fans'?
No, I always try to keep a low profile. But often people gets deluded when they actually meet me. Their first reaction is: at first I thought you were an homeless, then I recognized you.

You are a talented guitarist and pianist, and you composed a few songs for the Twilight soundtrack. Is there any other musical project you're involved with?
"Yes, actually. I'm composing a few songs for another movie OST I'm very fond of, but I can't tell any more than this for now.

A few months ago, People magazing put you in 13th place in their 'Most sexy man' chart, and you said you were searching for a girlfriend. Has something chanced since then?
"No, not much. I'm still searching for a girlfriend. Do I really hold 13th place? I didn't even remember that anymore."

Are your friends part of the business industry too?
"I have the same lot of friends I had at school. We're all involved in music, acting or writing. Each of us will break through a step at a time. They're basically the only people I aim to please. They're inspiration for me. We're very competitive."

You said you learned a lot from the Salvador Dalì biopic, Little Ashes. Why?
"One of the main themes of the movie is the fear of being overwhelmed and overdriven by ambition, and to get too worried about your public image that you might foget who you really are. I'm very aware of this: If people talks about you - people you haven't even met - in the end you become paranoid about everything and you feel like you can't be honest or truthful. I learned that it's wrong to wear a mask. everything's so much easier and healthier living trying to be yourself. And to not being scared of what people might think of you."

Robert Pattinson Day in The UK - June 20th

Thanks to Picture House Cinemas for hosting this wonderful event. Can you handle 3 Rob movies back to back? Well if you visit our site religiously then you probably can :))

Article by Gabriel at Picture House Blog:

The last to hear about Robert Pattinson

What began as a relatively unambitious programming idea at our cinema in York – a triple bill of films with a particular actor as the common link – has exploded into something of a national event.

The Guardian Guide_2-8 May 2009_Cover

20th June 2009 is now officially ROBERT PATTINSON DAY at Picturehouse Cinemas. I don’t think any of us had any idea how much of a star this Pattinson guy was. For the uninitiated (and there are probably only two of you out there now), Robert Pattinson is the young British actor who played Cedric Diggory in a couple of Harry Potter films. No? He played Art, a struggling musician who convinces the author of a self-help tome to come and live with him and his folks in HOW TO BE. Not that one either?

What about last month’s LITTLE ASHES, an arthouse pic that explores the relationship between Salvador DalĂ and the poet Federico GarcĂa Lorca. He plays DalĂ. Still no? Well that, plus a couple of bad adverts, is pretty much the extent of Pattinson’s CV.

Oh, and TWILIGHT of course, last year’s blockbuster in which Pattinson plays Edward Cullen, a sultry sexy vampire, adapted from Stephanie Meyer’s best-selling novel. I must confess to missing this when it first opened. The books (Twilight is a saga with the second novel, New Moon, being adapted for the screen at the moment) have over 17 million readers worldwide. Yup, I missed them too.

Shortlist 30th April

Robert Pattinson’s star is currently stratospheric, and climbing. He’s been parked at the number one spot in IMDB’s STARmeter which is based on internet searches, and is never far from the top spot in the Celebrity Heat Index. TWILIGHT cleaned up at this year’s MTV Movie Awards too, winning Best Movie. Pattinson won Best Breakthrough Male while his co-star, Kristen Stewart, won Best Female Performance, and together they won the all-important Best Kiss.

So back to 20th June and what our cinema in York is calling the “Rob-O-Rama”: TWILIGHT, HOW TO BE and LITTLE ASHES will screen back to back throughout the day. The response to announcing this event was so incredible in York, with some fans planning to travel staggering distances to be there, that we decided we better add four more cinemas to cover the length and breadth of the land.

ROBERT PATTINSON DAY is happening simultaneously in Aberdeen, Southampton, Liverpool, York and Clapham in London. Our Phone Room reports a large percentage of Clapham’s bookings from as far as Herfordshire, Essex, Kent, Surrey, Buckinghamshire and Middlesex.
Liverpool has people attending the event from Yorkshire, Sale and Chester while Aberdeen reports of people travelling from Glasgow and Airdrie. Pattinson fans from as far as Bristol, the Isle of Wight and Chichester are travelling to Southampton. But York outdoes them all with one fan traveling all the way from Austria.

Total Film_June 2009

However, York was seen as a step too far for a fan in the United States who wrote on a website, “I want to go!!!!!!!!! Damn me for living in STUPID California!!!!!!” Talking of fan websites, there are some hilarious comments on some of the blogs out there. Read the comments at the bottom of the post on RobsessedPattinson.com.(Gozde: Hey, you guys are famous now :P Your comments are being read :)) It isn’t just Robert Pattinson fan websites that picked up this event however: German news site Bild.com picked it up, as did GQ.

So if you don’t know who Robert Pattinson is and you’ve read this far, you clearly have too much time on your hands and a “Rob-O-Rama” triple bill is perfect for you. If you do know of Robert Pattinson and are a fan then I should add that there are some special prizes at each venue that include signed posters by the man himself and mysterious goody bag.

Tickets are going fast with all the timings and booking information available on each cinema homepage via www.picturehouses.co.uk

See you there!

Robsten Confirmed as a Couple?

So THIS is how bull shit gossip spreads (pardon my language). Perez Hilton reports Kristen and Rob as a couple. He says Emma Watson confirmed Rob and Kristen were a couple and he sources OK! Magazine. OK! Magazine says:

EMMA Watson has confirmed Robert Pattinson and Kristin Stewart are dating.

The actress, who starred alongside Robert in Harry Potter, accidentally let slip that the pair are seeing each other in a recent interview.

She said: “Oh god! He's absolutely hot! He's driving me crazy...But we're just good friends and can be on the phone for hours, because I know that there's something going on between him and Kristen Stewart.”

Does this sound familiar? Oh yes, it is from the interview Emma allegedly gave the Russian I Love You magazine that was CONFIRMED FAKE.

So don't get your panties in a twist yet :) It's all A LOAD OF CRAP

Thanks to Little Red for directing us to Perez's "report" and Corr for the below de-dotted image :)

For the Robsten shippers:

To Perez and all the fake reporters:

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

UPDATE: Perez Hilton retracted his post :Pause plans to hate on K-Stew even more than many of you already do! She still has no claim on R-Patz! At least not officially.

And, more importantly, Emma Watson did NOT say that they were dating.

We just received this email from Emma's publicist stating that the whole interview was fabricated.

Says the Harry Potter star's rep, "As you may be aware a Russian Magazine entitled I Love You has run a fictitious article about Emma Watson. This interview never took place with this magazine nor any other magazine and these quotes have been entirely made up. There is no truth in any of the comment and it is highly unprofessional of any publication to have done this. We are in the process of dealing with the magazine and this article, but please ask you not to reprint it in part or in full as it is pure fabrication from start to finish".

Hope all you R-Patz fans are breathing again. Sorry for that scare to your delicate, Twi-loving hearts.
