I provided the link in the comments section but I couldn't help but feel class needed to be in session for what was one epic radio interview. The gems Rob dropped were plentiful (I'm wide open, bite me bite me bite me, I'm still waiting for the snuggles, and so many more!).
Robert Pattinson was out and about at the "Battleship" wrap party last night. And I bet angels did sing for a lot of people ;-)
And yes the director of "Battleship" is none other than Peter Berg who you may remember from this video that Robert Pattinson was in a couple of months ago. For more info on rob and Peter Berg check out Tink's Robsession 101 ;-)
Many folks have noted how comfortable Rob seemed with the interviewer. Said she should do all his interviews. Maybe some people don't realize Rob and the interviewer go back...way back...back into time...
Apart from the black hair that I love (left over from Robvador), the sweater on Miquita looks familiar right?
That's because Rob was wearing it earlier that evening at an event in London. The shared sweater from November 6, 2007 shows what a gentleman (ahem, JAG) Rob is to lend his friend a sweater when it's cold.
Wonder if Tom, Rob's normal clothes swapping buddy, was jealous that he let someone else borrow that truly lovely sweater...
Nope. Guess not.
We know Rob went off to audition for Twilight at the end of '07 and eventually packed up and headed to Portland...never to return to London the same. Yet, Rob is the same man on the inside. So many of Rob's friends comment on how loyal he is and how fame hasn't changed his character. Rob and Tom went out with several friends, including Miquita in Feb. 2009. It was like a reunion! We first posted the late night excursions of Rob & Friends on 2/8/09 back at the Groucho Club.
Rob: I think Miquita farted. Miquita: Gohd Rob...you know it's Tom who's gassy.
Rob: I told you guys to wear a beanie to keep your hair out of your eyes. No one listens to me.
Rob is a sweetheart and from what we can witness as outsiders, he's a wonderful friend. For those celebrating, have a Happy Thanksgiving and we hope you are surrounded by friends, family, and loved ones :))

I've got mad love for Rob's LB hat for personal reasons. It's my alma mater and I teach there. Rob, however, did not receive the hat from California State University, Long Beach (LB). Several people have asked me before where the hat came from and that means...
CLASS IS IN SESSION!
The hat was purchased in Japan during New Moon promo. It was first seen on Rob's gorgeous head a year ago today :)
As you can see, the LB is not obvious. When I first saw these pictures, I denied that it was an LB hat because seriously...no way. But I could not live in denial on Nov. 7, 2009 when Rob was spotted in a vehicle leaving a Los Angeles hotel.
And the first clear shot of the LB came on Nov. 8, 2009, leaving LAX and heading to Paris for the European leg of New Moon promo. First posted on ROBsessed Nov. 9, 2009.
We didn't actually know he purchased the hat in Japan until he did some interviews with Swedish and Italian press while in London earlier in 2010. The interviews seemed very lost in translation.
The Swedish mag has Rob saying the hat stands for "Long Beach" and came from Toyko but was purchased by AJG (???). However the Italian mag claims the letters are "SB" and quotes Rob saying the hat stands for Santa Barbara and he thinks he purchased it in Tokyo. See? Lost in translation.
The facts are these:
The hat is from Long Beach State University (GO BEACH!)
It was first spotted on Rob's head leaving Tokyo
It has remained a staple in his limited wardrobe for a year
I'm convinced its a sign that me and Rob are MFEO ;)
And because I'm psychotic and we're in a drought...here's a collage I made to ensure I one day get institutionalized.
We had quite the surprise yesterday :) Somehow, Peter Berg and Taft School became our saviors. Brought us water in our dry desert. Fresh air in our empty home. Light...in our dark tunnel.
You get the point. We're in a very serious, very long term drought and we can thank Mr. Berg for plucking Rob out of his hotel and off his bike to give us some reprieve. (video after the cut)
Yet some folks (enough folks) commented to me that they were unaware or couldn't recall the Pattinson/Berg connection prior to yesterday. That means class is in session!
There once was a book in the 60s called Dune. That book became a movie in the 80s called Dune. That movie is trying to get remade in the 21st century...it will be called...Dune.
Peter Berg was set to direct that movie and Robert Pattinson was rumored to be considering for a lead. Dune may continue it's journey to the big screen but Berg and Pattinson are no longer attached. Yet they remain friendly...friendly enough for Peter Berg to call upon Robert Pattinson for a favor we appreciated greatly :)
When did all this Dune-ness happen?

But what you may not have noticed was Peter Berg in the background. I don't blame you. Why would you pay attention to Berg when Rob is hoping all over Berg's front yard, flashing boxer briefs and happy trails.

ROBsession 101: Robert Pattinson and the tight gray tee
Recently, I posted a picture on twitter that a few folks thought was recent. The picture was almost 2 years old.
We over here at ROBsessed thought it would be a good time (and perfect for this long drought season) to get old school with Rob and revisit some classic photo memories.
ROBsession 101 is now in session! First up is the picture that started this idea from Feb. 18, 2009 in Los Angeles, CA.
Rob in the tight gray tee, flashing us the nipples and turning a parking lot into a runway. He was beardy! He was cap/beanie free! He was gorgeous! (duh)
