Have seen it 4 times now and love it more each time if that is possible. Will be seeing it many more times but am in Florida for thanksgiving with family. Well will be heading home Saturday. Maybe I can stop and see it in each state as I travel home. (from Florida to Missouri) Can't believe this is it. When will be get to see Rob again?????

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I'm thankful for everyone on this site, for Robsessed, Kate, Tink and Goz, my family and friends, my health. Didn't get a chance to say that here yesterday.

Anyway, I really really want to see Breaking Dawn again. I've seen it twice, and I have plans to see it again. I loved it more than I could have possibly imagined. It was the best one by far, in my opinion.

Gozde said...

I've seen it twice now. Once with my friends and once with the family. It was my least favourite book as I never liked the addition of a child so early on in Edward and Bellas relationship, so it was never going to be my favourite film. However, oddly enough I preferred the film to the book.

Things I loved:

The fight scene, I absolutely loved that they went overboard with it! Great fun, but although I guessed it was Alices vision I have to admit it still made me gasp. I liked the sex scene, but now that Bella is unbreakable I would have liked to see more raw passion as Edward no longer has to be careful with her. It was sweet but not passionate. I liked Bella as a vamp. Apart from the oddly coloured hair I think Rob looked good too. I think the imprinting thing was explained well so it wasn't overly odd, and I loved Bella kicking Jacobs ass. I liked that Edward was happier too. I also loved the humorous parts!

Things I was not so keen on:

I wasn't feeling Edward, Bella and Renesmee's relationship in the first half an hour. I felt it was choppy and rushed, and their connection didnt come over as well as I would have hoped. I think that was the screenwriting rather than the acting though. I detested the line 'We're the same temperature now' and I didn't like the delivery of those lines. I felt it was a bit whispery creepy. (This happened a couple of times during the film.)Sorry Rob, I think you were trying to be romantic but it squicked me out.

Did I mention I loved the fight scene? On the whole it was really good.

I absolutely loved this movie. I cried for the last 10 minutes, actually who am i kidding i cried from about 25minutes out from the end. LOVED IT. Have watching it 3 times now in the last 2 days (I know, how sad, but it's been a great escape during what been a difficult few days!). EVERY SINGLE SCENE WITH ROB MADE ME SIGH; HE IS AMAZINGLY GOOD LOOKING, HE HAS COMPLETELY RUINED ME FOR ALL OTHER MEN BECAUSE I HAVE AN ABNORMAL and UNHEALTHY OBSESSION WITH HIM - I keep looking for a guy like him and they just don't exist. Hey Rob, share yourself around a little, share the love buddy! Great job to Bill and all the cast. (except the cgi baby... not so great). ALL IN ALL I GIVE IT A MILLION THUMBS UP xoxoxoxoxo

Ps. Vampire sex? HELLO! It was h.o.t

To everyone who is going for their 2nd 3rd 4th or 12th time have fun and don't feel ashamed

Gozde said...

LOL that's awesome. I usually see it with a a few different sets of friends and then my mom so I get to see it multiple times lmaoo ;D I wanna see this one as many times as possible, cause this is it!

Gozde said...

Yes I agree, I wanted more Daddyward, sex and emotion. Cgi baby - not so good but the fight scene and the funny bits were great. Liked Edward watching Jacob getting his ass kicked by Bella.

Gozde said...

I'm glad you felt the same. I guess introducing a baby with all the other things going on in the film, there wasn't really the time for them to 'develop' a relationship with her. However, as a mum myself I felt there was virtually no connection and that was something the screenwriter should have picked up on. If you're going to bring in a new character and make her the centre of the story, there should have been more time for emotional attachment written into the storyline.

Bill Condon conveniently completely ignored the vampire sex thing. Bella's line saying 'I think we may be worse' should have been omitted if he wasn't going to deliver. LOL.

Gozde said...

Breaking Dawn Part 2 was an explosion of emotions. I lived through a whirlwind of feelings.

In the 1st. phase of the movie I was smiling my ass off. The excitement of the new, the bond between the family, the inseperability of Jacob, Renesmee and the rest of the family, and the love and lovemaking between Edward and Bella was amazing. I felt it everywhere. To see Edward happy was the best. But then Bella met Jenkins and I got really nervous because the thought of them seperating split my heart apart. The 3rd phase was me in complete shock. CARLISLE is dead?????? But the fight was WOW. PG13 really? I think contrary to most that Alice is the strongest vampire among them. And how she did everything on her own and won the fight at the end was impressive. LOVED the twist! From then on I was in phase 4 crying. The happy end. The last minutes of Edward and Bella on film. I think Bill Condon did a brilliant job with the entire film. When i saw the cast in the closing credits my emotions peeked. 4 years of Twilight. I was obsessed with the books, with Rob AND with fanfiction and got so strongly involved in a story and a fandom i've never been before. It was a homage and all fans and the characters we fell in love with. It was beautiful.

The entire cast did an excellent job. I always liked Kristen's Bella but she rocked vampire Bella. Rob's happy Edward will be in my heart like his brooding, melodramatic and angry Edward. LOL His sex faces were pure erotic. Can't understand at all why he worried about them ;-)

I didn't expect to be so happy about the movie. The first 3 movies did not reach my expectations. Plus I was not a fan of the last book. At the end the last film of the saga was the best. 5 stars. I guess a big thank you goes to Bill for that! But I also want to thank Summit because I read that they were the only production studio that was interested in the books and did not change the story beyond recognition. Because of them I fell in love with the most interesting, charming, and beautiful man in the filmbusiness (well, probably on earth) and i fell in love with the Twilight books written by the amazing Stephenie Meyer, who is to me the best storyteller. Thank you!

i saw d movie this afternoon with my girlfriends...LOVED IT!!

The best part was at d end the whole theatre a clapping and cheering!!is was amazing!

Gozde said...

Hmmmm.... what to contribute that has not been said already? I have not read the previous thread in order to keep myself from spoilers, so if I am repeating someones words please forgive me...;)

Wow..... to watch the movie was a very strong, impressive and also very familiar experience - like meeting good old friends.... The story and the characters gave me such joy during the last years and inspired me to do things I never would have thought of before: to comment on a public blog, even go there almost daily, find friendship and inspiration with wonderful people here :) read fanfiction (tz tz....*shakes head*) And for all that I am utterly thankful (How appropriate that yesterday was Thanksgiving ...)

I admit that the love story touched me vey much. There may be books that are more literary but I think SM found a beautiful language for a timeless topic. At the bottom of our heart I think we all long for an Edward to whome we are eveything and vice versa... And to see him impersonated by this young boy from Barnes who just wanted to pay his tax bills by doing this movie was sheer perfection.

For me personally the first movie was and will forever be in my heart and outstanding because of its subtlety. I quite liked the second one but 3 and 4 did not do much for me. But No 5 was a good and strong finish in my eyes, Bill C. did a very good job :) I loved the "woofs" ;) they are so cute when they wrinkle their noses. I liked the humour (smirking and laughing Edward is always a win and also Jakob had his moments I liked very much;), Bella was amazing, stunning and a natural as a vampire, the battle really caught me off guard - I did NOT notice that it was a vision (I am slow sometimes....;) and was devastated when one after the other of the "good and dear ones" were killed. The whole cinema went "ahhhhhhh" when it was resolved ;) I loved the beautiful intro btw and the credits to the actors involved. I thought that M. Sheen was excellent. Rob´s performance was outstanding as always. There was just one scene - the one when Jacob asks him if he should call him dad - when I was hoping for a funnier reaction from him.

I am looking forward to rewatch in English as I could only see it in German yet and it doesnt do Rob justice although I must admit that it was not as horrible this time as in the other movies.... Maybe I´ll comment again for more details then as at the moment it is all a (beautiful) blur.....

Hi Mizzz I am late too but as we say "Je später der Abend umso schöner die Gäste..." ;) I posted a comment above - didn´t see yours before but agree with every word! The Alice = strongest vampire statement is great !!!!!

I didn’t think that I liked the movie more than the book. But I did. BD isn't my favourite book. Especially because of the express pregnancy and the rapidly growing child. And the imprint. Still don’t get it. Strangely enough,in the movie somehow it all makes sense (and the baby didn’t look that bad, fortunately).

Ok, Edward is out of the competition. Full stop. I like the fact that he finally treats Bella as his partner and no longer babysit her and treat like precious porcelain, which at any moment might break. Smiling Edward rewards me the last three parts of the movie, when he worried too much. And he looks good. Very good ;) I love every scene with him and the baby. Especially when he’s introducing the baby to Charlie. Bella is absolutely beautiful (I couldn’t stop looking at her eye makeup) and she’s fighting like a
lioness in defense of her young. She fights for what hers. And absolutely fabulous Aro – he’s a freak of freaks. When the battle began, I thought: “Ok, they said that there will be the fight.” I was ready. But when I suddenly saw a head of Carlisle in Aro’s
hands, I was like WTF?! For a moment I was shocked. But when more characters began to die, I thought to myself “That must be only Alice’s vision.” And I was right. But it was very clever solution. A fight without a fight.

The movie is visually stunning - from the opening credits showing the freezing flora (which I understand was supposed to be a
metaphor for Bella turning into a vampire) to the end credits being a buckle for the five parts into one whole.

And vampire sex scene - very sophisticated. Kisses on the neck, slowly torn clothes, skin rubbing against skin. It was a total opposite of what was outlined in the book, but it was a hundred times better, IMO. And the end… It was like I imagined. I admit that I didn’t cry, but at the moment when Bella started to show Edward the memories - my eyes glazed over. After leaving
the theater I felt mostly sadness. It was this awareness that this story was finally told in the end. Although Aro actually left the
matter open. Volturi have not made weapons, so who knows ...

To sum up - I love Breaking Dawn 2. Absolutely good job. Thank you.

Oh, disquss ate my comment...while I was getting myself a profile. I won´t miss the last chance to share how happy I am with the movie! I love every thing- ´the fun, the sex, the parenthood, the soundtrack, the imprinting, the vampires, the SURPRISE- I was blown away (how Taylore promised)´, the credits- wow the credits made me really happy and I´ve never seen some thing like this but I was never before a sequelfan, so I dont know if its really that extraordinaire. And Edward is so good looking in this one- I guess it was at the wedding or mainly in the first part of BD when the inccidence with the haircut for WFE happend, becaus sometimes I got the feeling he is wigged, def. I will see it manymany times and it will make me happy, close to my beloved twilight the one and only movie I can watch in constantly repeat scince three years and now their is the perfect end with still great chemistry between RK as EB. I believe that only Rob and Catherine could change me to a twilight lover! I really enoyed the last promo and I m really gratefull to R and K how they carried semselfs through the crisis so that I could enjoy my twilightend without all this RL crap- and thank you to the robsessed ladys for creating this worlwide phenomenal and keeping it up!!!

Hi my dear friend! Seems that we were typing in uni sono..... ;) YES to everything you said (and I forgot to mention ;)! Did you see it in English?

Gozde said...

I saw it for the second time last night, and I absolutely loved it all over again! You see so much more detail the second time around. I can't think of a single negative thing to say, other than I'd have liked the sex to have been a little more wild and passionate.... however those gorgeous sexy expressions on Edward's face during the lovemaking were - wow!

I'm going for my third viewing on Monday and still hope to carry on going until the film disappears from Nottingham.

Two questions - does anyone know how I can get a message to Bill Condon? And - what did Nikola think - I haven't seen her view anywhere but I haven't spent a whole lot of time searching ....

Gozde said...

Hi, Whence! :-)

I needed time to write my comment. I had posted it and then I saw yours. It looks like we think alike in many matters :-D And I also didn't read that other thread.

In Poland we have subtitles (no dubbing, except movies for children, thankyouverymuch) so I saw it in English (but I couldn't help myself and I read subtitles!).

P.S. The Twilight was and still is my favorite part of the Saga, too. Both the book and the movie. :-)

Gozde said...

Hi ya :-) i see i'm not alone here anymore. cool. to Alice. the thought hit me when i saw her coming to the battle field. it was a goosbumps moment. Alice is so important in the lives of the Cullens. The talent to see the future is unbelivabl but the strenghs lies in her personality. she was abondened after she became a vampire, did not know what happened, who she was, had a horrible life as a human. but she managed to become the strong independed woman and never once bit a human. and most of all loves without compromise and question. it's like second nature to her. and that's not easy for most people. you have to open up. Bella is without question strong, but most of all the human Bella. how she handled the mystery world and the obstacles in her way and fought for what she wanted. But Alice is a vampire beyond words...at least that's how i see it. Never the less I'm the biggest Edward&Bella fan. It's the love between them that is so magical and strong.

Gozde said...

Aro help! First the spelling then the grammar.....

Gozde said...

I'm glad you enjoyed it after having to wait. I loved the comedy the most!! Love funny Rob! I'm now desperate for him to make a comedy film.....something I've wished for quite a while but after BD2 KNOW that he should do it.
I agree with it all being a blur.....I'm sure there are some parts that I don't remember at all....almost like I was in a trance LOL

Gozde said...

Isn´t that wonderful, to bond beyond frontiers about same interests? Like Rob said, twilight ignited it (and Rob is fuel to the glow ;)

Gozde said...

You really have a good point there, because Alice often is just seen as a bundle of joy and energy, a bit supeficial with her passion to dress everyone. But as you explain there is so much more to her....

Gozde said...

Great that you mentioned the frozen forest- I was like wow its the first time in white and my daughter instantly replied its cause Bella is finally frozen forever! This movie is packed with references like this for all the lovers :-)
I could not hink about Alice when the battle begun- Carliles head in Aros hand shocked me- I remembered Rob saying at CC 2011 SM through it all out of the window in BD so I thougt ok thats it. It was a great move of BC, it made me realize how much I care about these caracteres- it was very bad when Seth get killed! And I laughed out loud when all zoomed back to Aro and Alice...

Gozde said...

Finally got to see it last night! 'Wow' doesn't even begin to describe it. Just loved it--definitely my favourite Twi movie :) I think I watched part of the last half hour with my hand over my mouth, while inside my head I'm shouting, "WHAT??!!" LOL

Gozde said...

Brooding Edward is cult but smiley Edward is the real breaking dawn!

Gozde said...

The sun rises in our world when he smiles and when he laughs the world lights up like midday :-)

Gozde said...

I just read in my great EW Twilight Special *wink to shyone* what SM said to her writing. i quote: " I want to be a better writer...I read these other authors and I think 'Now, that's a good writer. I'm never going to reach that leven.' But I'm going to be a good storyteller, And what a thing to be!"...And I have to agree with her. What a thing to be. There is magic in her story, in her writing. And that was the best present that was given to her and to us.

What you say about the first movie. Emotional i think it's the same for me. The same counts for the book. Especially the intro when Bella starts to tell us the story of Forks Washington, the music, and my favorite scene where we see Edward the first time. But if that was not the case i would not think it is a good movie. They gradually got better.

Gozde said...

HA HA Whence, I think in the US we call that phenomenon "beer goggles", i.e. the later it gets and the longer you stay in the bar, the more attractive everyone becomes!

Gozde said...

Awwwww, I take that one to bed...:)

Gozde said...

hey Alex!!! good to see you here too. I agree with you about the book. It was so crazy and not believable to me. Also the absence of Edward and the inner monolog of Bella got on my nerves that i was even happy about the Jacob book. But the movie completely hit it. It was just a big fat WOW. lol...loved the opening sequence too, it brought you right into the Twilight world and to the point that you felt how Bella became a vampire. that's what we loved about the books so much, to feel them. to be them in those moments. awwwww. .....And Rob looked so fuck hot and beautiful during the sex. more awwwwwww

Gozde said...

There truly is magic in her story and to be a good story teller - what is better than that? Starting with our fairy tales and fables when we are chidren, we all love to dive into other worlds, don´t we? :)
And of course you are right with the rational pov but as much as I am a rational person in RL I easily can be convinced about irrational plots as long as they FEEL right for me ;)

Gozde said...

yeps, that's the saying. you know what i say, and i quote my thoughts, now i won't see Taylor giving interviews anymore and that is strangly sad. he grew on me ;-)

Gozde said...

That COULD have been an explanation and I thought you were right in the first place, but nope....., sorry, I googled it and in the german version it only has to do with the phenomenon that some people prefer to arrive late to a party to get special attention... but you are right it could help too if the guests are already wasted ;)

Gozde said...

And the beer goggles is called "schöntrinken" in German...;)

Gozde said...

ITA second time round you can relax and take in all the detail :) I'm watching again Tuesday :)
I haven't seen any posts from Nikola since the UK premier !!

Gozde said...

you are right. strangly i thought diccy was right even though i would have never used it in that context. i knew the right meaning....a bit confusing when you speak english and german at the same time. ;-)

Gozde said...

No help needed lol.... makes perfect sense.

Gozde said...

LOL, I was trying to translate schöntrinken and there's an (apparently) funny song on youtube about it - Carolin kebekus Schöntrinken. The only words I recognized were minibar and vodka, lol.

Gozde said...

this video reminded me of the hazy vampire sex thing! :) i'd have liked longer on the sex scenes too, much longer......

Gozde said...

OK, do you guys have an expression for "ugly lights"?? That's when you're in a bar, and you've been flirting all night with a really cute guy, until it's time for the bar to close and they turn on the lights, and you realize you've been talking to the Elephant Man, LOL!

Gozde said...

Ana! Monique! bwen! I think we need to get an intervention goin' here!

Gozde said...

Hi
i agree about the seth bit and when leah fell down the chasm and alice bought jane for sam to kill. little things like that really made it for me :)

Gozde said...

How did you like that little glimpse of Rob leg that Bill Condon gave us? Wasn't that nice of him?

Gozde said...

oh if nothing else. i thought you would kill me....i honestly felt i'm going to miss him somehow. But i think it's more the Twilight talk than anything else..

Gozde said...

LMAO! Have you seen the "Hall pass"? You reminded me of a scene there that a guy describes how some ugly girls surround themselves with even uglier girls to look more beautiful.

Gozde said...

i was not able to comprehend what i was seeing but I remember I was really fixated on his nipple and chest hair. that was very nice of him. but the scene was so short and too much Bella (sorry but i'm talking rob porn here).

Gozde said...

I think Rob described her (SM) the best. He said she didn't write it to sell. It was her dream. It made sense to her and now we know that it did to millions of other people as well.

Gozde said...

HA HA, yes, I did see that! That sort of parallels my number one rule of going out on the town with girlfriends - if you're looking to "get lucky", never go out with anybody better looking than you! The uglier your friends, the better you look by comparison!

Gozde said...

I kid, he seems to be a sweet guy in RL.

Gozde said...

I just wrote a wonderfully insightful thesis on why I liked the first film the best, but Disqus apparently thought it was so good she kept it for herself! Right now, I'm having to type my comments in Notepad, because Disqus makes me type in slow motion, otherwise, it skips half of the letters. My notifications are stuck at 29, but when I go into my Dashboard (which I have to hit Edit Profile to get into), there isn't anything there that I haven't already responded to. I could rattle off a list of thirty things that don't work properly in this new version. I hate it! Fucking Disqus is ruining my blog experience! I don't know if it's only me, or other people aren't as bothered by it? I'm not on Google Chrome, so maybe if I make that change it'll be better, I hope. Anyway, re my comment - just take my word for it, it was brilliant, LOL!

Gozde said...

So now I know why you're not going out with me. Thanks Zod, I thought you didn't like me......

Gozde said...

and he turns you on.....

lol

Gozde said...

Mizzz: Started my reply and promptly lost it somewhere in the ether...very late also, but got sidetracked....enjoyed reading your enthusiastic comment...lol I think I still prefer the first film to the sequels. I agree, though, much to enjoy in this one, including the balance of humour and angst, which Condon got right. Still nothing to be done about the imprinting...an interesting concept but doesn't play.I did want the 'vamp sex' - breaking furniture n'all, or at least the semblance of what might have happened in Twilight if Edward hadn't restrained himself...lol I know they already broke the bed, so I guess they wanted to change it up. However, the head-ripping made up for a it. Could anyone else make such a meal out of "Belllaaa" except Michael Sheen? ;-D I liked the opening titles and end credits, too. Returning to the book was a signature way of acknowledging the origin of the story and bringing closure...if a little 1940's in style...but what's old can be new again. I believe Erik Feig is the one to thank at Summit for the more faithful adaptation. His faith in the material was obviously rewarded, and rewarding for the audiences. :-)

Gozde said...

Ha ha ha, RA. I said he's a sweet guy. Really sweet. Like SUPER sweet. Do I need to continue????

Gozde said...

LMAO, you think you're hot stuff, don't you? No, honestly, that's not the reason, it's having to bend down all night to pull you up off your knees! It's exhausting, lol!!!

Gozde said...

Wow! That's a huge compliment, coming from you. Really massive! Meanwhile, I busy myself with Rob, as usual.

Gozde said...

but you'd like the bending down part. Try it. Have an open mind...... or mouth,....

Gozde said...

Well here I can agree with you, I thought the opening titles and end credits were pretty amazing and touching.

Gozde said...

Oooooh, no, bending down while drinking has gotten me in trouble in the past. Nuff said, lol!

Gozde said...

I mean he's EXCEPTIONALLY sweet.

Gozde said...

OMG! today the movie premiered here in Panama! I cant describe with words how in awe i was left at the end. I love how they put the book at the end, it was so fitting!! like you read those same words "x" years ago and now they where at the very last seconds of the movie!! Since the very beginning of the it i was trying really really hard not to cry. But then Bill Condon went and killed Carlisle!! since that moment all bets were off!! Damn you Bill Condon damn you and your "Twist". I was doing so well in the "I'm not going to cry department" and you did that!! Oh God I almost die of a heart attack!! Carlisle's head hanging in Aro's hand will be forever ingrained to my mind!! and then Jasper and Seth and Leah and and i couldnt stop crying!! it was so shocking I'll have to watch the movie tomorrow again because from that shock i think i missed very important details of the fight. I think that was his plan all along , he didnt need to do that though I was going to watch it several times trough out the entire weekend anyway!!! Oh my Rob I´m so dissapointed i didnt record my reactions....during the fight i just kept moving my head from left to right and back repeating "This is a nightmare" only interrupted by "what is this"s and "What the hell"s it was all very traumatic i can assure you. and then it was a vision!! Bill condon how could you!! i was crying and screaming and then nothing happened. i was fooled in the worst way possible!! Now i get the expresion the cast made everytime they mentioned the "TWIST". Here i was thinking i was so clever because i was like yeah its only going to be a little fight and then Alice will break in. Oh man i was sooooo wrong. and what can i say about the final scenes? they were everything i imagined and then some more *le sigh* im actually kind of depressed right now... all i can say is thank you twilight for bringing me to this crazy fandom world full of little Robsessed Pervs ;) thank you to Catherine Hardwicke who saw something in our Rob!! thank you Stephanie Meyer for creating this world! AND THANK YOU to all those crazy fan girls (me included) who have made this journey a very very special memory that i will forever cherish. Today I say goodbye to the movies but i say Long Life to this amazing love story that's brought so many joyful moments and things to my life. Because at the end of the day it IS and EPIC FINALE that will last FOREVER.

Gozde said...

You can tweet jack morrissey to send a message to Bill.

Gozde said...

Ah Robdicted, that's too bad~ I would have love to read it and if you have the time and the inclination, please write it again and post it. You know how much I like your thoughtful post. ;-) I too hate this version, it's so small and it make the avi look so damn small.:-(((((

Gozde said...

It is quite funny because it is sung in a way that it could be a love song too, but the words don´t match - they reveal the (sad) truth about two lovers who find each other attractive only with the right amount of alcohol in their blood......
I think the singers are sweet :)

I won movie marathon ticket and its happening tonite. Yeay to me!!! The PR from cinema told me to wear Twillight dress because they have best dress contest. What should I wear?? Any idea??

Gozde said...

had watched BD2 last nite and tonite will be the marathon for the saga.

not much of Edward&Bella as a parent but I'm happy with the ending. Sweet ending... I love it!!! I love the battle too. Although I had read it from here about the Alice's vision but when watched it still I didn't know it was in Alice's vision until the battle end hahaha. Good job to Bill Condon and the rest of the team especially Rob, Kristen and Taylor!! I'm gonna miss you guys!

Thanks to Catherine Hardwicke for making the first Twillight. without the first, there will be no saga.

Gozde said...

Yes it is! We are here thanks to Twilight and first of all - thanks to Rob. It's great that we can get to know so many wonderful people from all over the world and share our thoughts and laugh together. I find it little strange that I really like people I don't know actually. Only because of what they are saying. It's quite different way to learn about another human being. In fact, we know each other only through our comments. It still amazes me. To paraphrase the lyrics: It's only words. And words are all we have. ;-)

Gozde said...

my post missing! gonna retype and post again. *sigh*

I had watched the BD2 last nite and tonite gonna do the saga marathon.
I love the BD2 especially the battle. Good job to Bill Condon and the team especially handsome ROB, Kristen and Taylor.
I definitely will miss you guys!!!

there will be best dress contest for tonite marathon. The PR in charge for that cinema told me to wear Twillight costume. What should I wear? Any ideas?? red contacts? LOL

sorry repost as I thought my previous post is missing.

Gozde said...

Hey Mizz, thank you. I'm here all the time. I'm addicted, you know, but I didn't comment because of lack of time :(
Your last sentence - LOL! And Rob said that making love never looks good in reality. Therefore cameraman did a great job! LOL

Bee Gees.... :) Hi Alex! I have thought about the same things too.... and I was wondering if it is in some way a more accurate impression if the visual one is disabled? On the other hand, when our mimics accompany our words they can give it another meaning/direction - does that make sense? Idk but with you for example, I really have the feeling that I "know" you from your nature (a bit;-) You are such a sweet soul and it shows in the way you comment :)

You mean you swallowed it??

I agree with everything you said. My most favorite one in the series is Twilight and after that NM. What attracted me to Twilight series was the love story between E$B and it was sidetracked more and more in each movie after NM. And that was different from the books. In BD2 I enjoyed the battle scene which was not even in the book. I laughed during the "vamp sex" scene. It was artificial. Maybe I was remembering what R&K were saying about them. But I preferred the sex in BD1.

To me, it was like they were going down a list of what they had to do quickly before the most thought after part of the movie which was the battle scene.
One thing that made more sense in the movie than the book was the interaction between Bella and the lawyer and how she found what Alice wanted her to do.

oh how I missed these kind of convos....

I'm late to this , but I think you've got the bonbon by now?

Hello, Whence :-) I understand what you mean. It makes sense to me absolutely. The fact that we are talking not seeing each other, it has its pros and cons. Because we have only the words, we can easily be misunderstood. Especially if we want to use a sarcasm. But on the other hand we can more control what we write. Sometimes, when a comment really makes me angry, I can calm down before I answer or I don't answer, because no one expects it from me. It's like this talent show "The Voice". They focus on the voice, we really focus on what someone has to say, not how (s)he looks or how (s)he behaves.

Oh, Whence, I don't know what to say, but I don't perceive myself as a sweet soul. Frankly, I find myself rather bitchy.LOL But I truly believe that "who lives by the sword, die by the sword". When someone uses abusive, hateful words, I'd rather "kill" him with kindness, than to give up arms against me. I prefer to turn their words against them. Although I do not always succeed. You see, I'm a bitch.;-)

It's strange, but I also feel that I "know" you. And I like this feeling! *big hug*

RA, are you deliberately being dense, or is your mind so twisted that you actually construe everything that anybody says in relation to your favorite activity? Maybe you should think about writing your own dicktionary so the rest of us can communicate with you, lol!

It looked really cute. Made me wish that internet browsers would come with speech recognition software that automatically translates things into different languages. The technology exists. I want it now, lol!

Gozde said...

Robdick, why is so HARD for you to understand? It's YOU. It's always been YOU. You with your yellow pants, leaning back, open legs....

LMFAO!

Gozde said...

OK, now I understand, I know how alluring I can be, lol!

I don't think adaptations can be as faithful as some would like as the two media are so different, as are the 'audiences.' Film allows little room for pure metaphor, although lately filmmakers have been reaching...lol...and those frames per second dominate structure. The average shot length is shorter than ever, thanks to commercials becoming the new standard for montage. So I agree, changes made in films don't always detract, and can sometimes be a good compromise. Yeah, the sex scene made nonsense of the line "You really were holding back before." Far too 'soft focus' all round...lol I also agree about Jenks. It seems to take everyone an awfully long time in the book to realise the advantage of Bella's 'closed' mind and the vulnerability of all the other vamps to Aro. I thought the scene succint and Pierce did a lot with a little...

Gozde said...

Really, that could work? O my that would help me a lot with the interviews! I mean I understand about estimated... 96,7% but it is often the missing 3,3% that contain the fun stuff....
I would love to translate the song for you but the fun is also in the choice of words and not ony the context and I am afraid I wouldn´t get that right....

Gozde said...

Hmmm, I would say you are straight forward and going for what you believe in, but bitchy? Noooo.... I sense too much warmth inside your heart... ;) "kill him with kindness" LOL

Gozde said...

Ok, you're starting to scare me. LOL!!! You are right - I'm fighting for what I believe and what is right (in my opinion at least) and I defend my beliefs. And then I got into trouble, as yesterday with my boss... :-/

Gozde said...

If you knew me in person you would know that I am totally harmless ;))) but have to "read" people a lot in my job so maybe that helped.... Sorry for the trouble with your boss... did you kill him with kindness LOL? I think you are a bit of a Jeanne d´Arc maybe?

Gozde said...

oh, now i get it. the bonbon...yeah, i got it. lol thanks hon!!

Gozde said...

Good morning, Whence! You know, I was just kidding. You seem to be a very nice and caring person :-)
Reffering to my boss - she reminded me who is the boss. No discussion this time. I got what I deserved. I should had shut up and executed the order. I have sometimes problems with that. LOL

Gozde said...

Good morning or better good noon ;) I know you were kidding ;) (this is a good example for where to see the mimic it could have helped to understand the meaning ..:-) Sometimes bosses need to feel that they are in charge ;) How about selling her your opinion so that she thinks it is her own? ;)))

Gozde said...

A friend of mine told me once that true friends don't need to assure each other, that they were joking. But I sometimes prefer to emphasize it ;) LOL!
Well, in my work we have a problem between the two institutions and we don't really have a legal provision for this. I don't want to discuss about it with her anymore. I just will execute the order.

first time I watched it , I can't be focused on enything else but Edward, his eyes, hair, arms, hands, lips, voice, jaw, pants , shirt, legs, laugh, smile, eyes, voice , oh did I say that already?? it's a looooong list here...

I'm going to watch it again today with my sister, and this time I will focus on the story, and probably on the others LOL ...
I can't kept my eyes off him, when he talked I listen carefully to his voice and his lips, when he got closed up I got stunned with his eyes, I screamed , well not so loud, when something happened to him, two or three people sitting next to me can hear it... LOL

I can't breathe in a sex scene ... so hot , closed up Edward is soo yummy !! I feel like he is on top of me, hhmmmmmm ... what Bella's did was pretty much what I would like to do to him, grabing his scruff, kissing his neck like biting him , pull him down on the bed , be on top of him let the hands do the job, kissing the jaw, way to go girl .... !!

Edward's fight, THE BEST !!!

Rob should do more fighting scenes in his next movies, pleaseee do more fighting scenes , he is so brave, and so hot when he's mad , I need to see more
