Awwwww! Sounds so homy and cozyI I had a similar cozy winter scenario planned for myself tonight. I went out this afternoon and bought my Christmas tree and some pointsettias. About a half hour ago I finished setting the tree up in the stand my living room, and my dog walked over to it and peed on it.
So I put down my hot chocolate, picked up a bottle of Delirium Tremens, and here I am!

i bought me a teen magazine because it included a Twilight advent calendar. Yesterday it was Bella&Renesmee and today it was Jane. I LOOOOOVE christmas. Never had a better calendar than this year. And the ROBsessed calander is great too.

It is a bit far for a therapy session with your a... lovely dog but I can give you a hint how I do it: first, the stare. They don´t like it if you stare directly in their eyes, so he get´s uncomfortable and does alot of distracting things like scratching or jawning. But you keep staring and tell him/her with a smoothe voice: No......good boys/girls don´t do that...Santa wil not be delighted if he sees this and won´t bring you a bone (Listen to Rob´s voice when he told us about the scene he got cut out in Vanity fair on this English talk show and Reese answering to the question if she is going to see Rawdy: No..... then you know the exact voice melody...)

My grandmother told me that when my mother was a child the tree came in on Christmas eve, I think she even said the kids didn't see it until Christmas morning, and all of the wrapping got done on Christmas eve as well. But I think that tradition went out the window here a long time ago, probably 40+ years ago. Some would probably blame commercialism or something, but my guess is that when women started working outside the home it got to be too much. They needed to make it a tiny bit easier on themselves by getting it done earlier.

Back from NSW and lovely to see so much good Rob news. Was away for only a few days but it felt like an eternity being away from this. Off topic hope it's ok. When I first heard about this wedding I had to go to, I was really anxious because for some reason I didn't want to go but the strangest thing happened. unexpectedly made contact with a family member that I was not aware existed. I won't go into detail as I'm still trying to absorb it. Her family moved to Corowa when I was really little and we never heard from them since. We didn't meet at the wedding it had nothing to do with them but the strangest thing was that they live just around the corner from where I was staying. Sorry to bring this up here but I think this was the best thing that happened and I don't care at all about what must have happened so many years ago.
