This is from the Hollywood Film Festival 2008 where Rob won an award for acting (useless fact: Kristin Scott Thomas also won an award for acting that year too. Wonder if they had ANY idea that they'd end up working together in years to come.)
Anyway I love Rob's super sexy look here. His "to die for" sex hair, perfect stubble and suit is one of my favourite looks on him.

Robert Pattinson's "Mission Blacklist" UPDATED Filming Schedule & Location Information



Embankment Films have updated their website and added the delivery date for Mission:Blackist as Summer 2014.
As we reported before the start date for Principal Photography is April 2013.

 But there's an update also on location BlacklistMovie spoke via email to Embankment Films about the location and were told "It will not be Iraq, they start shooting in April."

So there you have it!!  Are you relieved that it's not going to be shot in Iraq?

Robert Pattinson won’t be heading into harm’s way in Iraq after all, when he starts filming “Mission Blacklist” about Saddam Hussein’s capture during the Iraq War, according to sources.

Rob will be jumping out of his current picture, “The Rover,” and right into filming his psychological thriller.

Principal production is scheduled to start as soon as April, studio Embankment Films has announced on its website.

A source confirms to TheImproper that the movie won’t be shot in Iraq as originally reported. The film will likely do its location shooting in Morocco or Jordan.

A number of period desert films have been shot the North African country, including 2001′s “Black Hawk Down.” In the last few years, Michael Patrick King’s “Sex and the City 2,” Disney’s “Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time,” and “Inception” have been filmed there.

But Director Kathryn Bigelow chose to film her Oscar-winning Iraq war epic, “The Hurt Locker,” in Jordan. She wanted to be as close to Iraq as possible, while avoiding the war-torn country. “Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade” also filmed in Jordan in 1988.

Before the start of each month, we'll repost the featured month and note if there are any changes from the original. January was a success and we started 2013 with a bang, celebrating the Rob film we're looking forward to most and which Rob characters we'd FMK. We dived into some Robporn with Rob's back, lip bite, and shirtlessRob. Plus we couldn't help but signal out some favorite styles in grey suits, jeans and white tshirts. It was a great month for a man who makes you smile instantly with that sweet laugh and melt whenever he's on the cover of a magazine. February is our first themed month. Several more pop up through the year but for February, Bel Ami is the theme and you'll see several days focusing on that film and promotion. Indiewire spoke to Jude Law about upcoming projects and much like Naomi Watts when she spoke to Josh Horowitz , Jude mentioned that "Queen of the Desert" is on hold.

"As for projects that may or may not be happening, Law confirmed Naomi Watts' statement that Werner Herzog's Gertrude Bell biopic "Queen of the Desert" is now on hold and he will likely be no longer be available for it when it returns. "I don’t think that’s happening. I don’t think I can do that anymore," he admitted."

Another new pic from the "Big Day Out" in Adelaide on 25th Jan & a report from news.com.au



The Hollywood star, and part-time muso, has been spotted all over town this week and was among the thousands watching The Killers, Vampire Weekend and the Red Hot Chili Peppers at the festival.

Wearing his trademark baseball cap, check shirt and dark jeans, the Twilight hunk happily posed for photos backstage with John Day and friends.

"He was very cool, very gracious and good humoured ... I asked him how he was enjoying Adelaide and he said he'd only been here a short time and hadn't seen much," John says.

Robert's new movie, The Rover, will be shot in various locations in SA's Flinders Ranges, but the actor admitted to not knowing much about the area.

"I asked him what he (Rob) thought of the Flinders Ranges and he wasn't sure what or where that was, so he had a bit of a laugh about that," John says.

Earlier in the week, the actor - wearing shorts, a white shirt and a backpack - was seen riding a bike on his own through Adelaide.

Confidential understands Rob was scheduled to leave Adelaide this weekend to start shooting on The Rover, with production set to begin this week.
