365 Days of Robert Pattinson! April calendar (Water for Elephants themed) with updates

March was a fun month but they're all pretty fun. We looked at Rob's movies and picked our favorite posters, characters and soundtracks. Robporn was plentiful with his bottom lip, lashes, cheekbones, and beard plus we couldn't get enough of Rob's clothing accessories - ties, beanies, hoodies, watches, and shoes. We went to the UK, had a good cheer, tickled the ivories, and even had The Film Stage play a round! Unknowingly, but played nonetheless. ;)

All in all, a great month and now we move to April. February marked our first themed month with Bel Ami and now we have our second! Water For Elephants will be showcased frequently in April, the month the film held its world premiere in New York City back in 2011.

So much great music from all of Rob's movies but which is your favourite?
It's a tough choice as we found out!

"This wasn’t easy because i love several soundtrack/scores from Rob’s films. i love how the Cosmopolis score puts me in the mood of the film and i love singing along to Metric (debb knows this). i also love the Remember Me score. it’s haunting and beautiful. a portion of the song titled Tyler has been my alarm clock sound since the film came out. lastly, i have sentimental love for the New Moon soundtrack and through the Twilight series, i’ve loved many songs and what memories from the film they trigger. but i went with Bel Ami because it’s the most classical score of all Rob’s films and i love it. it’s beautiful and the strings soar. my favorites: Love Nest, George Meets Madeleine and A More Memorable Name." (Kate: This is the only one I don't have, but that will soon be rectified!)

"I have "nearly" all the soundtracks from Rob's movies and I have to say that the one that always gets played the most is the first Twilight one, maybe it's because Rob is on there, I don't know. But because it gets played the most that is the one I'm choosing as my favourite. I'm glad this topic has reminded me that I should listen to the others more often ;-}"

Bit of a cheat today from me. I saw a pic (similar to this one) tweeted earlier for 365 and when I went searching for a pic to use I COULD NOT get this one out of my head and it kept popping up everywhere so I just went with it. This is why I try to not look at other peoples choice before I pick my own! I'm so easily swayed LOL But hey I don't mind. Beanie, sexpenders, biceps, peek of his chest, what more could I want?!

Producer, Cassian Elwes, confirmed September for Queen of the Desert principal photography last month. The production company, Division Films (Spring Breakers) also confirmed they will be shooting QOTD in September plus the location - Morocco. They included a picture of the script in their tweet.

Eric Maddox mentions Robert Pattinson ("He's a great guy") and Mission: Blacklist

Eric Maddox spoke at the University of Oklahoma the other day and mentioned Mission: Blacklist and Rob.

Excerpt from OU Daily:

This same story is encapsulated in his book, “Mission: Blacklist #1,” on which a movie will be based starring Robert Pattinson, who will play Maddox. “Somebody wants to make a movie about my story - it’s very exciting,” Maddox said. 

Maddox said he has already met and gotten to know Pattinson. “He’s a great guy,” Maddox said. “When they brought his name up to me, I had never heard of him before. I don’t believe in vampire movies and stories. I just didn’t know who he was.” 

Maddox said he wore a single blue shirt for months in his search for Hussein, with no other changes of clothes. The shirt has a bigmouth bass embossed on it, Velcro pockets and bloodstains. “I’ve still got it [the shirt.] I think Rob is gonna wear it in the movie,” Maddox said.

This was just the sweetest editorial and I wanted to share it with you guys on this fine Friday. Via Hope/Pattinson Profile:

Just thought I would share the rest of the story with you all... Well, we all know this picture right? I was visiting Insta-gator in Louisiana last weekend with some fellow twilighters and happened to spot it on the wall. I raced over to it and, although the pic doesn't show it clearly, the paper above the pic says that the alligator, appropriately named, Hollywood, lives at the ranch and that if you ask the tour guide, you can meet him!!!! I immediately went into stealth mode knocking people over trying to find the guide because anything that touched Rob, I MUST TOUCH! Anyway, finally found the guide, who we had nicknamed Marshmallow Man, because he fed the gators marshmallows and because he was hot, and he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about, all braun, no brains, I guess. He told us to go ask the short, red-headed guy. So I did, and do you know what he told me? He said, "Hollywood's not here anymore. Rob paid to have him released back into the wild. It's the only time we've ever done that." Needless to say, tears started to form, not because I didn't get to meet the gator, but because our Rob is that sweet! I cried and love him even more if that's possible! And that my friends, is the rest of the story.
