No success in entertainment industry without the fans (fed by Papz). Everybody understands that. But some stars only get it "normal", some (like Rob) get hit by the full force. Does that guy understand the difference? Does he envy Rob? (Maybe we can arrange a few hundred girls screaming at him mixed with a bunch of paparazzi taking pictures all for approx. 2 hours without interruption and then he tells us how he's feeling.)
You know what, yes Ryan is a jerk, but when you're as popular as Rob is now, people are always going to try and find an angle to criticise you. It's part of the game, and in a way, it's healthy.
That being said - hearing that makes me want to feed Ryan Seacrest to a horde of bloodthirsty papz. See how he likes it.

Just read on spunk-ransom.com that CH intends to realize several future film project together with both Robert and Kristen. Do not know, what to think about this. I was disapointed about her directing in Twilight.
Since I do not know the story lines of the project she mentiones, I 'm also not sure about Kristen working together with Robert again (besides Twilight movies of course). I would prefer working him oposite different (female) leads, not the same in every movie.

Rob is in the middle of the storm right now, but things WILL calm down a bit in the media. As for fans, some will move on. Others will follow his career. Most, I still believe, are respectful of him; We just hear about the crazies. The paps will find new targets. Many of our biggest celebrities manage to live their lives away from the camera. He's young, he's hot, he's different...but many people will move on. And he has every right to feel uncomfortable as he adjusts to the extreme ways his life has changed in less than a year. There is the downside of celebrity...he's getting it bad right now, but I think he's handling it incredibly well. How many of us could handle the rise to fame he has endured recently? He obviously has a great support group of friends and family who really care about him. Ryan Seacrest got exactly what he wanted from his interview: he got people talking about him (Seacrest).

I think Ryan does indeed like Rob. My husband was listening to Ryan's radio show one morning, and they were talking about Rob coming on the show the following week. My husband said the girls that were hosting with Ryan said "Ooooo Ryan.....Robert's gonna be on the show next week!!!" They said it like they were teasing him...like his "crush" was coming on the show. My husband was like "oh geez".
I suppose, if i'm being honest, my main problem with FF is that there are so many talented writers out there. And I hate to see them riding the coat-tails of another writer (SM here).
Utilize the talent you were blessed with to create your own world and fortune. I hate workiing within the parameters of someone else's vision.

Liza- I'm friends with another FF author and her husband felt the same way you do. He hates the fact she is writing FF and he want listen to anything concerning it. But he tries to encourage her to write her own stuff. She does, but enjoys writing FF as an exercise of her writing muscles.

One of my best friend's sons is 17. She's quite a bit older than me, in her late 40's. Work colleague from Atlanta. Her family became like my fam when i lived in Atl.
