Yes wanabRPsmom it is for US DVD players :)

Just commenting to say that the US kicked our ass for their DVD cover.
Did you see the one they released over here?
It was awful!! They clearly just googled him and found a random picture and then slapped some Twilight font on it. I died a little inside.

Yay for the U S . I didn't much like the movie just because I'm not much into psychological thrillers but ...I still watch over and over to listen and look at Rob.
Love the way he says "lieutenant"...I just melt everytime.

The little smile when he holds her in his arms at night. Makes it so believable and real.

My favourite scene is the one when he shaves. Sigh.

Yay! This was a good movie, not what I ususally like, but Rob is very believable. He does "crazy" well :)

U.S. loves ROB VERY MUCH! :)

LOL funny that they gave Robert the Edward-Contacts on the cover.

just have to say:

I love watching Rob plays the character in his movies. He is fascinating and mesmerizing... this is how I got hooked...not because of Edward but RP the actor.

I'm glad for you people in the US!
I found the story a bit too sad and creepy for my taste but Rob is amazing in that movie, his voice is so sexy :)

We live in the US but often order from the UK...we already ordered it(now I want to real the novel, too)...I'm writing to tell viewers we absolutely loved it...it reminds one of the Alfred Hitchcock,Twilight Zone,Outer Limits type stories (ancient past, I know, but still treasures...) Anyway, its dark, its weird, its very very well done and Rob's acting is excellent! Also HIGHLY recommend Little Ashes...superb film, a true gem, Rob CAN act! Can't wait to see all that he's capable of achieving in the future with his talent, brilliance, and wit. Two thumbs up (for both);-)

THis is probably the oddest movie I've ever seen. At the end I was like What the hell just happened?!?!?!?!!? Yea it was nice seeing Rob in a different movie, but WHAT!? haha

I already have all his movies from the UK, but I may have to order the US versions as well, just to see if there's any differences.

Can never have too much Rob...

I love this movie as well...Toby is very sweet & haunting..

And Rob in the bathtub! Oh yea!

The Haunted Airman was part of the BBC series, "Ghost Stories", so it is quite different from his other roles. I could not believe how good he was at portraying the world-weariness of a young man who had such a horrible job in the RAF. Holy Crap, can he act! The cinematography was perfect for this story (thought it is quite different from the book, "The Haunting of Toby Jugg". Even my Dear Husband said he could see why everyone thinks Rob is so handsome.

I ordered mine through Amazon.co.uk and it came right away. I have a region-free player, so it does not matter, but I will probably purchase it here in the US, too. That way, I can play it anywhere. I've already watched it 4 or 5 times, and I catch new things each time.

He is absolutely beautiful in this movie. It is a MUST-HAVE.

Thanks so much for keeping us informed, Gozde. I did go and preorder mine. But is there any info on when we can order or get The Bad Mother's Handbook in the US?

Very excited that this movie is coming to the US on DVD, especially since I emailed the distributor 6 months ago and they said that it wasn't going to be released in the US. Now we just have to get The Bad Mother's Handbook released here too! All his movies show what a true talent he is. I love that he takes diverse roles which showcases his acting abilities. I've seen these movies online so to be able to see it clearly on my big screen at home is something to look forward to. Funny how all his movies will be coming out on DVD at about the same time in the US, The Haunted Airman, How To Be (my fav), and Little Ashes will all be released in Fall. Instead of Autumnfest it will be Robfest at my house!! LOL!!!

Squeee! I love this movie. Honestly after I saw this, Rob cemented my belief that he is destined for great things. Every time I see him perform I see such potential...moments of brilliance in everything he does.

And I agree Seamus, he is absolutely beautiful in this film. He still is, of course, but he was more boyish and had this ethereal quality about him...such beautiful skin, fantastic bone structure, gorgeous eyes and lips...the camera adores him, almost as much as we do. ;)

I loved this movie. It described the fear and the horrible moment that Toby lived when he was in the war ,it is scary , weird and a little bit sad movie. And I have to admit I have been shocked at the end of the movie *_*

My favorite scene when Toby dreamed of Julia I was involved with the scene and saying "finally she came to him" but then the horrible scary music cut the mood of romance I was in and make my heart beating so fast " you have to watch the movie to understand what I mean".

Honestly I enjoyed watching all Robert's movies he is so talented that makes you can read the expression on his face without saying a word .

I'm glad that they have changed the cover. If anyone remembers the first cover had Rob's Sex Drive photo on it.To say the least that it looked beyond out of place. It was just laughable that they blatantly used Rob's fame like that.

Now the new cover looks great and it shows what the film is about. Congrats PR dept. LOL

YES! Finally! I just pre-ordered it, I have a ripped copy that is 'ok', but not excellent quality, I got it only because one here wasn't available. Now I can have an official copy..can't wait..but then again in October it's the beginning of another LONG winter here, so I guess I can wait, sort of...:) I love this movie. Now we just need "The Bad Mother's Handbook" to get a north American release. "How To Be" is going to be released this fall..so can't wait for that too.

Wow - all these directors of Rob's old films are probably like........YEAH!!!!!!!!! They are making all this money on the movies that probably didn't do so well to begin with.........now Rob's gold so they are rushing around trying to release everything he's made.......win/win!

I want to see Summer House. Is there anywhere to view that one in it's entirety online - only 12 minutes right?
