How To Be Nashville Movement :)

Nancy (and Ruby) tells us : I live in Nashville. I bought my ticket at 4pm as soon as the film festival website allowed. The website for the movie said they might add another showing and to contact the film festival people. Here is their number (615) 742-2500.

She also says: if you aren't in your seat at 15 minutes to show time they reserve the right to resell your seat. So if someone wanted to go they could always try that route if they didn't get their tickets already. For anyone that is going that hasn't been to the Green Hills area....the parking is really bad and so is the traffic. Show up early!

Thanks Nancy :))

You can also catch HTB in Nashville at Comcast cable on DEMAND starting on April 29th (Thanks to Rachel)

Ohh man.. the blue pants and the "Chucks"

Guitar, harp, angst, hair, plaid, etc.

RobArt!!! I'm so in love. I wanna see this movie again and again and again and again. I miss being in love with a nerd. I've had my share of pathetic characters, too, I suppose, lol.

sigh

Rob is just too much, sometimes.

My only shot at seeing this and Little Ashes is if anyone puts it up as a torrent file or it being released on DVD. There is no other chance in hell for me to see it otherwise, sigh

Maryann, me too. Waiting for the DVDs. No sign of How to Be in Brasil. And Little Ashes will be here in october...

But it is a beautiful tropical country...

I just talked to the festival's program manager. He said there's a slim to none chance of another showing ... said that they've asked and been told "no".

*sniff sniff cry cry*

I just hate when I see Rob lying down ALONE on a floor... And want to join him there, don't know why...

Green Hills traffic IS ridiculous, but thank goodness they're showing How To Be on a Sunday evening rather than a Thursday or a Friday evening. Hillsboro Road would be backed up for ages. I'd run to the theater in that case. :) No on is reselling my ticket, dangit! I'll camp out in front of Theater 15 if I have to - I will! I will! I dare them to try and resell my ticket.

(Sorry - wayyyyy too much coffee this morning.)

Gozde, even though I'm in NYC I appreciate these movements for Rob's films. It just shows what loyal fans we are. I hope he's getting a kick out of what you and everyone is doing for his career. What about The Summer House doesn't that come out soon too?

Suz, I wish I would have gotten tickets for Saturday, we could've totally met up. I will probably have a panic attack from all the anxiety.

I was online at 4pm on the nose to buy my tickets, and they appeared to sell out in less than five minutes. Thank heavens I was online early! It made my day!!! Hope it's a good show.

And the others are right. If you're not familiar with Green Hills, it's an awful location. Try to arrive at least an hour early because parking is atrocious.

Sophia there is no info on when Little Ashes will be out here in Norway if it will be out at all..so it's probably gonna be a DVD release for me to wait for there too.

Just a hint about Green Hills once you guys actually get there. Instead of parking at the mall itself (adding to your nightmare!) park in the garage attached to the movie theatre. If you're a new festival attendee and have never been, the festival movies are all located on the bottom floor of the theater and if you park in the garage and enter the theatre through the bottom floor, it's a little less hassle.

(Rob fans UNITE!)

I got tickets for the 2nd showing on Tuesday the 21st at 3:30 pm but last I heard it was close to selling out also. Unlike the 19th which has the celeb guests (the two actors (not Rob), Oliver the director and then musical composer)) sorry I don't know all their names...the 21st will only allow up to see a great movie, but i'm happy with that. And yes I was told when I called to park in the garage behind the theater too.
