Am I the only one who doesn't GET Jude Law? I LOVE "Closer" and weirdly "Music from Another Room" has a special place in my heart but I don't understand the comparison...

I totally am with you here again, Gozde. I really like Jude Law, have liked almost all of his work. But I don't get the comparison with Rob. They are totally different in acting style, looks, everything. Maybe b/c once Jude Law used to mention that he goes weeks w/o washing his hair and everyone keeps trying to attribute that to Rob as well, although I have only heard Rob talk about not washing his hair when he was joking around, so who knows what he really does with it? But I don't get any similarities between Jude and Rob at all. I like Jude....I LOVE Rob!

I totaly love the giggle and the way his voice does the high pitched squeek. He hasn't changed. I will always be grateful to HP for bringing me Rob. This is where it all sterted for me.
Luv his snort at being compared to JL :) No glib answers which sets him apart from most, these days.

Perhaps by comparing him to Jude Law they only mean the phenomenon: A young British actor rising to stardom. And wasn't Jude Law supposed to be very sexy, too?
@ RPaddict: The British intonation is just different from the American. He sounds pretty normal, actually, and well-educated.
I like Jude Law, loved Cold Mountain, The Holiday, etc, but except for being British, I don't see any comparison. Maybe you are right, Phos, and they are just referring to an up and coming British actor, etc.
What is wrong with Camilla Bell? Can you all educate me? I only know her name and that she dated Joe Jonas and is a friend of Rob's. I know nothing of her work or her personality, etc. I do know who Megan Fox is and I am not impressed by her at all. I find her obnoxious and conceited when she is interviewed or anything.

I wonder if he still has the leather pants he wore to this premiere? The velvet jacket was maybe a bit much but Rob in red is stunning.
I had a sort of "thing" for Jude Law because he reminded me of... well, someone else... but it's over now. I really like him as an actor, though. I don't see any similarities with Rob either.
The face Rob pulls and the sound he makes when they mention Jude Law is absoltuely hilarious!!!

Hmmm, cheese stands alone, because Jude, Rob and Sting (20 years ago) all remind me of each other! It's the aristrocratic features and gorgeous bone structure they all have: high cheek bones, strong jawlines, beautiful lips and gorgeous blue eyes. ("green" eyes, Goz? say what?) They all have dirty blond hair and posh, educated British accents as well. I'm just glad Rob isn't the manho that Jude is! (and isn't losing his hair either!)
