Ooh I can't wait for the DVD. Gotta wait till April though for Amazon to send to all the way here to Malaysia!

I'm glad they cut the stuff about the rainstick in Edwards room. It's not in the book and seems unnecessary.

Sigh though, any extra time to look at Rob is great though.

These extended scenes (less the chinchilla poop) show more of the powerful love E & B felt.. The movie, alone (without reading the book first) didn't convey that nearly enough. I love these scenes. When he touches her face...really lovely.

*sigh*

i agree Suz. the movie needed to show more of what their relationship was like, and some of those scenes would have helped alot.

Well I have to say, for the extra few minutes, they should have left these extended scenes in - I mean really, its not like the movie was 3 hours long! The problem in the movie was that it jumped right from hating each other to these long, drawn out scares and very little dialogue, the very thing that made their relationship interesting to begin with....

well crazy, that could be one way they could incorporate more Eddie time in New Moon... (flashing back) Though I tend to agree with Robbie... less Eddie until the climax would be so much more compelling. (and agonizing, how delish)

(did I just say climax!)

Hmmm...the bit about the rainstick was DUMB! No likey....I did however LOVE the extra "in the meadow" parts...they should have left those in...yes, I am being all kinds of Rob selfish on this one....LOL

They should have left it all in except the extended scene in Edward's room, it would have added so much and made the movie better! I'm glad I got to see them though, thanks, Goz!

See now, if they left the extended scenes, maybe I wouldn't have left the movie, the first time, thinking so much was missing. I mean, the movie was good but I thought it'd better. And now, with all these deleted scenes...you know we all would stay in the theater to watch a 3 hour Twilight, or New Moon...am I wrong?

Although it's hot and I like it, I'm glad they cut the meadow scene. Edward would have NEVER done that. Ever. Minus the chinchilla part, I loved the bedroom scene.

Thank you so much for the link ! I love the scenes, they show a lot more of the relationship between Edward and Bella… I would have to be patient : in France the DVD will only be released in July… Sooooo far !

I agree! Their relationship moved too quickly. Love the scenes! OMG how hot is Rob Pattinson! Thanks for posting.

I love the movie because it's Twilight, and more because of Rob, and Kristen. However CH siad the scenes slowed down the "pace" of the movie. Welllll, that's what a big part of the problem was. It was so fast we didn't get to see the development of the relationships. This is what made the book special. I loved how Rob touched her cheek in the meadow scene for example. These scenes did explain some of the choppiness in the movie. Plus more Rob is always good.

Anon-
I loved the cheek touching scene as well! I thought they should have left that in. The movie was missing a little of that touchy-feeliness that was prominent in the book.

The scene is his bedroom is much more real than the one they actually put on the movie!!!
Keep loving Rob..

What a shame they were too cowardly to stay true to the book and build on the relationship and THEN bring in the other three vampires... The so-called "action" with the three vamps killing locals took away from everything.

It is important to know your audience and instead they went for widening the appeal with the action vamp kills thereby sacrificing the mainstay: Edward and Bella's relationship.

I worry that they will ruin "New Moon" by putting too much Rob in the middle. Also, will Kristen be up to this strenuous, lengthy character development? I hope so. But I must admit, as Rob said in that French interview, Kristen "...has a bad personality." Her spoiled, Hollywood brat behavior is most unappealing. She needs to complete high school.

Will Kristen and Taylor uphold the "Twilight" franchise? Tricky. We know Rob is up to the task, thank God. ~Chicago girl now in LA.

These videos are great! I'm surprised Youtube let them keep it on there..usually these videos that are leaked early are deleted! :)
No complaint here :)

Suz - love the "climax" remark! reminds me of how i was feeling in the theatre watching Rob. Sorry :/
and yes, still praying for as much Rob as possible in New Moon!

don't hate me for saying this, but i am looking forward to see the next movie as directed by Chris Weitz'. i think he'll do so much better.

I consider this an early Christmas present.

They should've left more of the meadow scene's in, then it wouldn't have seemed so rushed...

Thank you!

Oh, gosh. I hope that the script is a 100% better in New Moon. The diaologue is just painful sometimes! It didn't stop me from watching the bootleg version a million times, though. LOL. Rob has such charisma and potential. Summit, give him better material and direction to work with!

i have to agree with you carina, i think we have only seen the tip of the iceberg in terms of his acting abilities, so with a better script and direction, the sky's the limit for Rpattz!!!!! :)
